Brewery Opens At Rolling Hills Casino Resort
Nomlaki Indians' Pascenta Band announced the official grand opening of a new enterprise, Pascenta Brewery and Distillery. Located within Rolling Hills casinos and resorts, Pascenta Brewery and Distillery is a fully self-reliant brewery and high-end distillery with cutting-edge fermentation and production capabilities. "We are excited to welcome guests to Pasquenta Brewery and Distillery, California's first tribe-owned distillery, where they can enjoy our carefully crafted beer and alcohol," said Andrew "Drew" Alejandre, the tribal president.
